ACCESSIBILITY

Internet For Everyone!

The Internet is for everyone. The world wide web allows everyone to access and consume information, data, and intelligence irrespective of their nature. And the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 supports the same initiative. WCAG includes special allowances to provide complete access to information to an extensive set of differently-abled audiences with conditions like impaired vision, hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, restricted activity, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and more of such conditions.

Web Accessibility

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 [WCAG10], which was issued as a W3C Recommendation in May 1999, are updated by WCAG 2.0. Though WCAG 1.0 or WCAG 2.0 (or both) adherence is feasible, the W3C advises all novel and refreshed content to utilize WCAG 2.0. The W3C also advises that WCAG 2.0 be mentioned in the Web accessibility policy.
